As we usher in a new era, we look forward to the second republic in our modern history. It was necessary to search behind every means that guarantees constitutional legitimacy its prestige, and ensures that individuals enjoy their rights guaranteed to them by the constitution.
As long as the pursuit seems serious in the direction of achieving comprehensive development, and the Egyptian state launched for this purpose; The Sustainable Development Strategy - Egypt’s Vision 2030, in February 2016, followed by the National Human Rights Strategy, in September 2021, believing that the way to for comprehensive development; is the rule of law and the strengthening of human rights protection, and the rule of law inevitably included relegation to the principle of the supremacy of the constitution as the supreme law in the country; the idea was to research how to strengthen judicial protection of constitutional rights in the face of the three public authorities; this is only to further protect the constitutional legitimacy in which these rights are located.
We have found in the individual constitutional suit the appropriate means to ensure the desired protection; so that the actions of any of these authorities do not remain outside the scope of constitutional control; in order to start the second republic and the three authorities in the state are subject to the rule of the constitution in word and deed.
