Peer Review Process

Here are the steps for the peer-reviewing process in the journal:

  • The author submits his/her manuscript to the journal's website according to the guide for authors. 
  • separate title page, containing title, all author(s) name(s), affiliations, acknowledgments, disclosures, financial funds and the contact information of the corresponding author. 
  • If the manuscript doesn't meet the journal guidelines, it will be sent back to the author with the raised technical comments, if yes, the manuscript will be sent to two specialized reviewers after removing the author names and their affiliations, within  ..... days from the date of receipt. 
  • A blinded manuscript without any author names and affiliations in the text or on the title page. Self-identifying citations and references in the article text should be avoided.
  • In case of rejection from the journal, the author shall be notified by e-mail.
  • If the manuscript rejected by one reviewer, the article will be sent to a third reviewer.
  • If the manuscript accepted by one reviewer and rejected by the other, the manuscript will be sent to a third reviewer for the final decision, according to the journal policy.
  • In case of acceptance for publication with some comments either major or minor, the author shall be notified of it for revision, after he/she will modify, revise the manuscript and answer the raised inquiries, he/she will return the manuscript after modification of the journal through the website.
  • After that, the journal ensured that the modifications on the manuscript are carried out either by the managing editor or sending it again to the reviewers to ensure that the raised comments are carried out.
  • In case of final acceptance, the author will be notified that the manuscript is acceptable for publication after being scientifically reviewed by specialized professors.
