Aims and Scope

The International Journal of Doctrine, Judiciary and Legislation (IJDJL) aims to circulate the submitted manuscripts amongst reviewers from inside / outside Egypt in order to upgrade the level of the journal. IJDJL receives manuscripts from staff members of universities, colleges and research insinuations in Arabic, English and French. Authors have to prepare the manuscript title, names, affiliations, abstract and keywords in English even if the manuscript is submitted in Arabic or French.

In order to achieve this goal, the founders will ensure to encourage scientific publishing in the IJDJL and promote the journal in the institutions they represent to achieve widespread readership and intellectual exchange in the legal community.   

IJDJL receives manuscripts in the following legal areas: 

  • Jurisprudence and Comparative Law.

  • Commenting on Case Law and Arbitral Awards.

  • Legislative and Judicial Reform.

  • Excerpts from PhDs’ theses, and LLM dissertations.

  • Legal Literature Review.
