The Change of fixed and stable legal convictions and concepts was not long since time ago has become a matter imposed by the tremendous scientific development in information technology, data, and means of communication that have been mixed with reality. As the development of information technology has created some new technologies and means, foremost among which is Blockchain technology, which is one of the most important technologies of this era that is expected to lead the global arena in the next two decades, and by its nature; it changes in the form and manner of conducting transactions, terminating commercial deals, concluding contracts and transferring assets and property, their registration and documentation, due to their uniqueness in this aspect.

One of the problems arising from the application of Blockchain technology; The problem of proof with regard to the legal transactions and actions conducted by its parties using this emerging technology, especially in light of the absence of most legislations providing for this technology and the related issues.

The brief study has concluded that Blockchain technology has full legal binding in civil proof like other means of proof, and it can be used to provide proof before the judiciary or before the official authorities, due to its validity to be an integrated proof, as long as it meets legal conditions necessary in electronic writing in order to be considered as it's legally binding in proof, and as long as it also fulfills the legal conditions mentioned by the Egyptian legislator in the Electronic Signature Law No. (15) of 2004, so that the electronic signature has binding proof within the framework of civil, commercial, and administrative transactions.
