Abstract

It is logical not to be drawn into the absolute rejection of their products, but rather to place them within the framework, by preparing autonomous weapons to respect the controls of applying the rules for the use of force, to fulfill the requirements of legitimate defense, to respect human rights, and to also observe the principles of distinction, proportionality, observance of precautions during the attack and not to cause unjustified pain. In addition to respecting the spirit of international law, it is represented in all international agreements organizing the use of weapons.
The responsibility for ensuring the legitimacy of autonomous weapons is not only focused on the uses for which they are monitored and used in accordance with the law, but also extends to scientists, in the context of their commitment to an ethical duty imposing respect for human dignity, by not embodying autonomous weapons for humans and every living creature, as well as not being drawn into luxury The highly scientific, which may deprive us of the ability to adapt these mechanisms to the law, and then it became necessary to impose an ethical framework for the development of autonomous weapons to ensure that they remain within the framework of the law and under the control of their human developers.
And if we supported the pace that took place - by reviewing autonomous weapons at an early date - but reaching the maximum degree of the review by issuing an international document that regulates the legal uses of "less lethal" autonomous weapons and putting aside lethal autonomous weapons aside, is a great gain for countries wishing to monopolize these weapons. - The latter - as a deterrent weapon, just like nuclear weapons, which is extremely dangerous. Therefore, the international community should make efforts to ban lethal independent weapons.
